The Eurorack Stripboard is the most convenient way to build a simple DIY Eurorack synthesizer module. It works like a standard protoboard, but with specific additions for the Eurorack format. You can also use the Stripboard with the 4HP Front Panel.
You can place up to 5 potentiometers or 5 jack connectors on the dedicated locations. The potentiometers can be any of 9 or 16 mm types, Alpha PKN160 for example. The Jack connectors are Cliff S6/BB mono style.
With the Eurorack power supply interface, it's extremely easy to connect either a 16-pin or a 10-pin Eurorack power connector.
The clear and detailed silkscreen labels indicate where the different voltages are located on the PCB. You can also add 2 filtering capacitors and 2 protection diodes.
How to connect jacks and potentiometers
The jack connectors are Cliff CL1384. They use the strips A, B, D and E.
A and B are switched open when the male jack connector is inserted. D and E are the contacts to the male connector.
E is Tip (the signal)
and D is Ring (usually the 0V reference, often designated as “ground”).
Note that Cliff jacks are insulated from the panel.
The potentiometers are 9 mm (2.5 mm pin pitch) or 16 mm (5 mm pin pitch). Alpha 9 mm are a good choice. They align pretty nicely with Cliff jacks on the front panel. They connect to strips B, C and D.
B is Counter Clock Wise pole.

Dimensions

Pixel Pump is an open source vacuum pump for manual SMT assembly. It comes with a comfortable pen, a foot pedal, RGB LED buttons, and a variety of features that make hand assembly a lot more fun. It’s the perfect companion for manual SMT soldering applications, from individual prototypes to small production runs.
Thoughtful, High-Quality Design
Pixel Pump ships with a set of five stainless-steel nozzles in each of five different sizes, with outer diameters ranging from 0.3 mm all the way up to 1.8 mm. With this set, you should be able to pick and place most SMD components, including small 0402 passives, larger parts like inductors and ICs, and just about everything in between. The nozzles are held in place by a Luer lock slip fitting that facilitates quick nozzle changes and broad compatibility with third-party nozzles. The pen itself features a barbed connection for the air hose and incorporates four M8 steel nuts to give it some heft and to enable magnetic attachment to Pixel Pump.
Tactile silicone buttons with RGB backlighting offer full control over the unit. You can change operation modes, switch between high- and low-power settings, or activate reverse mode to clean your nozzle. The buttons also allow you to configure things like vacuum power and LED brightness.
Pixel Pump has a pressure-relief valve that dumps vacuum to ensure that your part gets released quickly when you release the foot pedal. Optionally, you can configure that valve to switch from suction mode to pressure mode, which quickly and easily cleans the nozzle in case you have accidentally sucked in debris like solder paste.
A sintered air filter protects the vacuum pump and valves from debris that might otherwise be sucked into the system. It is accessible from the outside and can easily be cleaned and reused.

SMD Magazines are injection-molded containers and a great way to organize and consume SMD parts. They are custom built to store components and present them for picking. They can load up to 12-mm-wide, 9.5-mm tall tapes. They replace those hard-to-find plastic bags while being an excellent source of parts to pick and placing using Pixel Pump. Each SMD-Magazine Rail presents up to eight magazines at the perfect angle for you to pick and place their components using Pixel Pump. You can also use these rails to group components for specific projects. They are equipped with non-slip rubber feet and weighted for extra stability.
