The ZD-8968 Hot Air Rework Station is a high-performance device designed for precision desoldering and rework tasks with SMD components. It features a wide temperature range of 100-500°C (212-932°F), with adjustable air and temperature control, a clear LED display, and an automatic sleep mode for enhanced safety and efficiency.

The ZD-11P PCB Holder is equipped with 5 adjustable 360° rotatable goosenecks (4 with alligator clips, 1 with flashlight holder + flashlight), providing additional flexibility and stability. It securely holds the PCB in place, making the handling of SMD components easier and more precise.

    Hot Air Rework Station

    Great piece of test equipment. I am located in the USA and this unit requires 220 Volt power. Lucky for me that my test bench has both 110 and 220 Volt outlets. I just changed the connector on the power cord.

    ZD8968 Station de soudage à air chaud

    Comment comparer 2CV/CITROEN & Phantom/Rolls-Royce ?

    Cette station ZD8968 est très perfectible (sans demander une sur-Qualité): ainsi le support de buse ... fond au contact du métal de cette buse !.
    Les performances ne brillent pas: lent à monter en température, débit d'air insuffisant. Pour déposer un composant CMS avec contact à la masse du circuit imprimé, mieux vaut avoir recours à une table chauffante (apport de chaleur).

    Ceci écrit, tenir compte du coût d'achat rend plus tolérant (de là, la comparaison avec une 2CV).
    Globalement l'on en a pour son argent (= il vaut ses 80€ d'achat) et dans ce sens le produit est satisfaisant .... mais prévoir une petite plaque chauffante d'appoint.

    Billigheißluftlötstation

    Die Lötstation selbst ist ok. Der heiße Luftstrom startet schnell, allerdings muss man bei Unterebrechungen die gesamte Anlage ausschalten. Die Halterung für die Düse und die Platine sind aber viel zu windig, eigentlich unbrauchbar und muss ersetzt werden.
