868 MHz module

This radio module is a fairly inexpensive one by Hope-RF and uses the IA4420 Universal ISM Band FSK Transceiver of Integration / Silicon Labs. It can be switched between different MHz bands.

• Current consumption, transmitting: 23 mA

• Current consumption, receiving: 14 mA

• Frequency range: 860.48 MHz to 879.51 MHz

• Transmit power: up to 4 dBm (approximately 2.5 mW)

• Sensitivity: –100 dBm (approximately 2 μV)

• Data rate: up to 115.2 kbaud

• Frequency deviation: 15 kHz to 240 kHz

• Receiver bandwidth: 67 kHz to 400 kHz

• 16 bit receive data FIFO

• Two 8 bit transmit data registers
