High-power LED array emits green light at 532 nm

Enfis has released the latest member of its UNO family of LED arrays, which emits green light at 532 nm and rounds out the family. The new array features an aperture of 0.5 cm2, 2100 mW typical radiant flux, 980 lumens typical luminous flux, and 38 W input power.

The UNO devices are intense, high-power spot sources with extremely high power density, designed for long operating life and high performance thanks to excellent thermal conductivity (typical thermal resistance less than 0.7 °C/W).

UNO LED arrays are available in component form as UNO TAG arrays, as UNO TILE connectorised PCB arrays, and as complete air-cooled light engines with drive electronics. They are suitable for use in a variety of applications, including architectural lighting, entertainment lighting, backlighting, signs, illumination and effect lighting, as well as forensics and medical/dental applications.
