Now, vehicle headlamp designers are free to use the latest solid-state technology to rethink the look and function of forward lighting. Already implemented in the Audi R8 for low and high beam functions, LUXEON Altilon can deliver more than 850 lumens and 60 MNits at 1,000 mA and is AEC-Q101C qualified.  The colour temperature is 5600 K and conforms to both ECE and SAE specifications.
