There are those that view commerce as a battle to win or lose. We’re the good guys and they’re the bad guys. If we get what we want, we win! It’s just human nature to desire the most for the least. In the short term, that’s good. And, if you’re buying or selling a house, you aren’t likely to get much repeat business (assuming you’re not a builder).
