When my friend Grégory showed me a 64×32 pixel two-colour LED panel picked up from an Internet retailer for about 50 dollars, I immediately ordered one too. That would be a great opportunity to put the ARM mbed module I had lying around through its paces. I wondered, would this project be as easy as the mbed crew wants us to believe?
