Breadboard as Hotplate

A standard 60 mm x 100 mm piece of prototyping strip board (breadboard) can very simply be used as a 12 V warming plate. All that’s necessary is to connect the copper tracks in series. At 12 V the board will pass around 4 A giving a power dissipation of almost 50 watts.
