Motorbike Chain Oiler with PIC
Problem: where’s a cheap and reliable oil dispensing device, please? The author is grateful to MC Jäykät from Finland for the idea to use a low-geared windscreen washer pump as the oil dispenser. A visit to the local equivalent of Die Ludolfs resulted in a spring loaded non-return valve and some windscreen washer tubing. Main problem solved, the rest of project will be ‘just electronics and software’. Not quite!
