DMX Transmitter

Published in issue 391, July/August 2009

The circuit is based on a Texas Instruments MSP430F2112 microcontroller, along with an SN65HVD10QD RS485 transceiver IC from the same manufacturer . In addition, it requires a small circuit board, a female XLR connector, three pushbutton switches, and a few resistors and capacitors.
