Published in issue 385, January 2009

ATM18 on the Air
In this article we describe a low-cost yet reliable radio module that can be used with the ATM18 test system to build remote control and remote data capture applications.
There is a range of easy-to-use low-cost radio modules on the market. We have selected a unit which combines transmitter and receiver on a single printed circuit board and which requires no external circuitry.
