Soldering SMDs with Reflow Control
As we already wrote in the December 2007 article, with a special control circuit you can transform an ordinary kitchen oven into a handy SMD baking station. The control circuit that is required for this is now available from Elektor as a kit, so that there is no chicken and egg problem. The kit is described in this article.
