You might think that amplifiers are like sand on the beach. But if you restrict your search for fully assembled amplifier modules to hi-fi applications and omit modules for motor controllers, RF transmitters and all other industrial applications, the range of available products shrinks quite quickly. For this test, we selected eleven different modules from various manufacturers, with an output power range extending up to nearly half a kilowatt.
