Colour Tamer

With this simple circuit you can easily control the three LEDs in an RGB LED. Each time switch S1 is pushed we increase the (digital) value at the output of the counter-IC, IC1, an HCT7493. So, with each button push, a different LED or combination of LEDs lights up; or, in the case of an RGB-LED, the LED produces a different colour each time.
