9-in-1 Logic Glue / Level Translators

Two logic devices from revered Texas Instruments, the SN74AUP1T97 and ‘98 are logic glue components in tiny SOT23 cases. As shown in the diagrams, both the AUP1T97 and its inverting counterpart the AUP1T98 can be configured as voltage level translators with nine different logic functions marked by Schmitt trigger inputs. Apart from their logic function, these devices can also act as voltage level translators between low-voltage logic systems.
