Most microcontroller-based projects in Elektor Electronics employ 8-bit devices, simply because 8-bit micros usually have sufficient capacity to handle the job. Usually…, not always! In a few cases, we need to look out for more powerful alternatives. This review covers a development kit based on a 16/32-bit micro.
