Hello all
I am looking for an article about upgrading the Top of The Range Preamplifier originally published in three parts 12/86 01/87 02/87.

The upgrade consists of replacing the original OP27 op amps with OPA627. I would like to order this article from Elektor but I don't know when it was published.

Thanks !

The article was repeated in the August/September 1991 issues (published in India), but it seems to be the same article with no upgrade mentioned.
If I may suggest, the preamp devoted quite a large part of its circuitry (and pcb) for a disc preamp which is quite obsolete now. The Mini Preamp by T Giesberts published in March 94 as well as October 2001 would be more current. You may also like to take a look at Preamp for purists in the November 1988 issue.

Thank you for your reply.
I do need the Phono stage. The preamp is already built for many years now. all I need is the article about the OPA627 swap/upgrade.

Thanks again.
