Contrary to the usual reputation of most Japanese companys, when you get to the remote territories outside of Japan for some inexplicable reason the customer service standards of some of them seem to go down the toilet! Currently, I've had a guts full of waiting for a response from OMRON to a perfectly simple question. So in response, I'm hoping someone out there would be good enough to forward me the direct e-mail ciontact address for the Pacific zone marketing manager based in Japan head-office. NB I don't want the front office general e-mail as I don't want my comments censored or 'filtered'!
