In the issue 389, May 2009; elektor shows how to build a easy way to measure level by capacitive measurement. But the instructions in the spanish edition are so complex or wrong redacted, also has a wrong schematic, the oscillator has miss a connection node in the feedback. Well my main question is about the construction of the sensor:

1: It use a RG58 cable with or without the aluminum fitted to de galvanic isolator?

2: The terminals of the sensor are the ends of the coaxial cable?

3: The final sensor could be measured by using a RLC meter?

Thanks.
