Old chip. mid eighties. Was often used in combination with the SP0256AL2, allophone to speech generator. Actually I'm looking for all kinds of old, eighties, speech-related chips.

I do not have CTS256, but I use MCS51 (P89V51RD2) with C program to do the same job as CTS256 do.
