Hello,

in order to repair my oscilloscope Telequipmet D1010, I am searching for a transistor array RCA or UA or CA 3086 as well as transistor BF467 or equivalents.

You should be able to get a CA3086 from a number of sources, such as Cricklewood:

The BF467 is a little more problematic, but I found some at Littlediode:
